Back to the multiverse or back to the drawing board?

So I decided that since I haven’t used this for a while (i’ve been using Blogger), to dive straight in and get this show on the road.

I recently acquired a copy of Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse, and after 2/3 hours gameplay I have almost completed the story. After realising how far through I was after such a short time, it came as a kind of relief to find out that there are challenges and there is also multiplayer, however I have yet to try them.

So far, as an average Family Guy fan, I would say that I wouldn’t pay £39.99 or more for this game, maybe bigger fans will disagree but it just doesn’t seem worth it. The whole time playing so far it feels like an arcade game and yeah it’s good, its funny, etc etc. but it isn’t worth the price. Maybe the challenges/multiplayer will change my mind? Who knows. But as of yet i’d sleep better at night knowing I bought it for 800/1600MSP than £40 in real money.

Am I the only one who thinks this way about it? I will probably add an extra bit to this once I’ve tested the multiplayer, but I don’t think I’ll be keeping this copy for long..
